Sweat to Stress LESS!

Wedding planning and the event itself is always stressful! There are plenty of things they say brides should do to relieve stress. But I think the most effective thing would be fitness!

When you sweat, your sweat literally carries the chemical that is your "stress". So does crying, but who wants to sit there and cry?!

Something as simple as a couple mile walk every morning can make a huge difference! Not only does it get your mind off all the craziness. It gives you time to make rational decisions and rethink things!

Plus you will be in good shape for the wedding!!
